There are many comparison between the Cascada and Audi A5 Cabriolet. So why not an OPC variant to fight S5 Cabriolet? Rendering the OPC out of the standard Cascada, the car gains new front grill and fascia, bigger wheels, side skirting and de-chromed stripe for the DLO.
Almost a year ago, Autocar reported that Opel-Vauxhall will need more flagship model positioned above Insignia to achieve an improved brand image. Here’s my suggestion, use the newly revamped long wheelbase version of Holden Commodore, otherwise also known as Holden Statesman or Holden Caprice. Badge engineering is what GM does best anyway.
Can’t remember where I read it but there could be a coupe variant of the new Cascada. I am not sure if they would, or should revive the Calibra name though.
It’s only a matter of time GM rebadges the Opel/Vauxhall Cascada as a Buick for North America and China.
The Opel/Vauxhall Adam is starting to grow on me. I do wonder though if there’ll be a 5-door variant sporting an extended wheelbase. I’ve rendered it too with hidden door handles for the rear doors.
This rendering was suppose to be a joke, a very stale Adam’s Apple joke. Anyway when done with the rendering, I quite like the Adam with the Buick grill. How about you? I think this car will sell well in China, the Apple.
What if Opel decides to build an Amarok rival but can’t afford the time and money? Perhaps they can rebadge the Colorado. I name it Monterey as Opel last used that name on an Isuzu Trooper-based SUV, and the Colorado shares platform with the new Isuzu D-Max.
According to Autoblog, Fiat confirmed recently they will launch a Ram-badged version of the Fiat Doblo van in the U.S. This is my impression.
Just want to give the Ampera a more conventional profile by getting rid of those black surface just below the side windows.
