I have to ask BMW. What’s next? 4-Series Tourer?
February 2nd, 2014 at 10:50 pm
1-Series, 2-Series, 3-Series, 3-Series Gran Turismo, 4-Series, 4-Series Gran Coupe, 5-Series, 5-Series Gran Turismo, 6-Series, 6-Series Gran Coupe, 7-Series. I have to ask BMW too, what’s next? 2-Series Tourer, 7-Series Gran Turismo? I don’t know why BMW has too many body styles. Its confusing to me 🙁

I think the plan is even number=coupe and convertible, odd number=sedan/5-door hatch/wagon. And “Gran Coupe” makes me think of Plymouths.

BMW is surfing on the downsizing trend in Europe…

I imagine that if BMW were going to make a 4 series wagon, it would be in a shooting brake style.
