I’m not satisfied with these renderings. It’s too similar to the Golf. I’m sure Volkswagen will come up with a more distinctive second generation Golf Plus.

How about raising the ground clearance just as much as you raised the height? giving it that small SUV like look.

I’m not sure Volkswagen will commercialize a new Golf Plus…
If yes, it won’t probably looks like your pictures…

True, the headlights did look very different in previous generations, so this probably will not be done. Still a good chop though.

The Mk5/6 Golf Plus was supposed to replace the Golf Variant, but they had to keep the Mk4 Variant in the line and rush a Mk5 to market, and that even sells well in the US (only “real” wagon below $30k now that Hyundai’s replaced the Elantra Touring wagon with the Elantra GT hatch).
