These renderings were featured in Autoblog a month ago. The accompanying article by Jonathan Ramsey linked the recent patenting of the of the “SS” designation to that of a large RWD Chevrolet Caprice, itself a lightly disguised Holden Commodore.

Whilst I like the Holden Caprice, it looks like it has started to age a little, especially against the new up-and-coming Chevrolet Impala and Malibu models. Still looks good as a Chevrolet model!
