I dedicate these renderings to my friend Marc Gruben from Car Fanatics. Thanks Marc for the support and compliments. I feel I might have disappoint you with this renderings, as they are not as aggressive looking or sexy as you suggested.
You are an artiste! I wish I had your skills. There are a few things I would have done differently but since I can’t do them at all, who cares what i think?
As a Ford retailer, I can tell you that there is definitely a market for a Fusion sport coupe. It isn’t big, but it definitely exists.
Thank you again for doing this for me, and come visit us at Carfanatics.
Great looking coupe. Like Monseiur Gruben I have just one thing I might do. That one thing might be to see what a bit more of a notchback out back would result in (just to see it juxtaposed to the back now). Other than that, it is simply gorgeous.
I would also reiterate Marc’s invite to Carfanaticforum.com.
You would love it, and your work would certainly be appreciated on the site.
You do excellent work Theo. Marc posted a link to this page (as he often does with your work) from CF, and I’m glad he does.
Is this based on the concept or the production Fusion?
I dont particularly go for the hatcback look on cars of this size. It brings the Accord Crosstour to mind in the silhouette, but that rear side window shape and quarter panel arch are beautiful.
Keep up the great work.

i think there should be more styling ques from the evos concept. i usually hate fords but when i saw that evos concept my jaw hit the floor then they showed the new fusion and i think they dropped the ball. also could you make a coupe version of the new malibu. thanks

How would it look with the FORD logo removed from the hood and moved to the center of the grill? I think it would look a lot better.

That looks great Theo! Can’t say I’d buy one, but there is a market for a Fusion coupe.

Maybe more suitable to the European market. Possibly would cannibalize sales with the Mustang in America…
