With the appointment of Lancia CEO Olivier Francois as head of the Chrysler motor division, we can expect the two companies to collaborate on future products and take advantage of economies of scale… Word on the Italian street is that the current Lancia Delta could make it over here (North America)

Well, the above was reported in 12 October. Yesterday, Autocar revealed Fiat and Chrysler’s five-year plan, and it looks like the Delta will not cross the Atlantic ocean after all.

Not sure if the Bravo will make it though.

Beautiful work. I really believe the “Chrysler Delta” is what we’ll see next month at the Detroit Auto Show.
